5 Daily Actions to increase self worth
We all struggle with that inner demon telling us we are not enough. Not smart enough, strong enough, thin enough, pretty enough. These thoughts can overcome us and that is why I am sharing my 5 top tips on how to be more confident! 5 daily actions to increase your self image. Because you are worth it!
1. Daily Mirror Work
Positive affirmations plant healing thoughts. Healing thoughts of yourself spring a fruitful life. Get in front of a mirror and speak love and life to yourself. You may not believe these words at first, but speak them with conviction outloud daily and you will learn to know their truth. My favorite way to do this is to speak very specific to features or traits you struggle with.
2. Own Compliments
No more eye rolls or sarcastic comments of “yeah right” or “sure”. Stop explaining away nice things people say about you. Own those things as truth. Simply say Thank You. Others comments are nice, but until you fully believe them yourself, you will not see change. So practice that mirror work!

3. Stop Apologizing
I don’t mean completely stop apologizing. Admitting when you are wrong with grace is a beautiful trait. I mean stop apologizing for being you. Stop trying to hide her to make others more comfortable or like you more.
And stop apologizing for things out of your control. Instead say thank you. You give yourself power back and the other person feels appreciated. It is a much more dynamic social interaction
4. Connect and Elevate
Surround yourself with people that are like minded. People that lift themselves up as well as genuinely want to lift you up. Purge yourself of those that drag you down or make you feel life not enough.

5. Spend Time To Look Your Best
I put this one last not because I believe it is least important, but because it can feel hypocritical to say love your natural self but look put together. That being said, research shows that spending time on your appearance each morning will increase confidence, productivity, and focus each day.
