The kindness Elves have been spreading the true Spirit of Christmas since 2013. Twelve days before Christmas they arrive to give daily prompts to the kids on how they can be kind. Check out these 25 kindness elves activities below to spread love and service to your family, friends, community, world, and nature.
Every morning the kids will wake up to a new idea and a letter from the day before about a specific positive action the elves saw. You can still keep the elves doing silly antics like the original Elf on the shelf, but take the focus away from blame, shame, and bribery. The Kindness elves only see the lovely and reinforce that. Gifts from Santa and anyone are given out of love, not because we are good.
